What areas do you serve?

We work in Nashville, TN and Davidson County only. We do not travel outside the Nashville area, so if your address is elsewhere we unfortunately cannot take the job.

Both. We handle houses and apartments as well as offices, clinics, retail spaces and other commercial properties around Nashville.

What is strip and wax?

Stripping removes the old, yellowed wax buildup down to the bare floor, and then we lay fresh coats of finish on top. It is the deepest restoration a hard floor can get and it brings back an even shine that a mop cannot.

How often should floors be stripped and waxed?

It depends on how much traffic the floor takes. Busy commercial floors usually need it about once a year, with polishing in between; quieter spaces can go longer. We can look at your floor and tell you what it actually needs.

What is floor polishing?

Polishing is high-speed buffing that brings the gloss back to floors that have gone dull or scuffed. It is faster and more affordable than a full strip and wax, and often it is all a floor needs.

Do you clean carpets?

Yes. We use deep extraction that pulls ground-in dirt, stains and odors out of the fibers instead of just cleaning the surface. It works well on high-traffic hallways, offices, apartments and move-outs.

How long does carpet take to dry?

Usually a few hours, though it depends on the carpet, the humidity and how much airflow the room gets. We will let you know what to expect before we finish up.

Do you clean windows?

Yes. We do streak-free interior and exterior glass, including the sills and frames, which makes a bigger difference to how a space feels than most people expect.

Do you do move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. Move-outs are one of the things we do most, and they usually combine general cleaning with carpet cleaning. Let us know your date and we will build the quote around it.
